Homebuyer - RGCA Amenity Request
As a potential homebuyer, we understand that Residents Golf Club America™, known as RGCA, is a golf membership established to introduce homebuyers to the best golf courses in their area and that these participating golf courses allow golf to be played by RGCA members at no cost to the member and their guests.
We further understand that RGCA golf memberships are now being offered by certain home sellers among the amenities offered in their home purchase.
As such, we would like our Realtor, when selecting homes for our consideration, to include homes where the Seller is offering a RGCA golf membership at no cost to the Buyer.
