Residents Golf Club America™ (RGCA), is a rental incentive program that embraces and benefits all levels of apartment management, from the Property Management Company down to the ever-essential Apartment Resident.

Contained within this multi-level structure is the Participating Golf Course, which provides the foundation for this effective rental-incentive program.

The following defines the role and benefits derived by each of the four (4) levels that comprise Residents Golf Club America™.

• Level-1 Property Management Company
  Only well established Property Management Companies in each major market area are invited to be a RGCA Sponsor and have their properties offer golf memberships in Residents Golf Club America™. RGCA Sponsors receive significant multi-media exposure.
  
  Benefit: Marketing advantage over competitors, retain and attract new management contracts.
   
• Level-2 Apartment Property
  Apartment Properties managed by the Sponsor may offer their prospective residents a membership in Residents Golf Club America™ as a rental-incentive.
  
  Benefit: Increased occupancy
   
• Level-3 Apartment Resident
  As a Member of Residents Golf Club America™, the resident and their guests enjoy free golf with golf cart at the top public golf courses in the area.
  
  Benefit: Provides incentive to rent, renew and refer.
   
• Level-4 Participating Golf Course
  Only the top public golf courses in each major market area are invited to be a RGCA Participating Golf Course. As a RGCA participant, the golf course allows residents of the Sponsor to play their golf course absolutely free, for which they are subsequently paid by the Sponsor at an agreed fixed rate.
  
  Benefit: Increased play at the golf course.
