Program
Residents Golf Club America™, now protected by United States copyright and patent laws, was first introduced among apartment properties in the Mid-West and after four years of successful and well-documented test marketing has now been rolled out nationally.The endorsements and testimonials from Property Managers and Residents speak for themselves as to the success of this program in providing a truly unique and totally exclusive rental-incentive.
To assure this exclusivity, only well-established Property Management Companies in each major market area are invited to become a RGCA Sponsor and as such, have the right to offer prospective residents of their properties free golf memberships in Residents Golf Club America™.
The most immediate and major ongoing benefit in becoming a Sponsor of Residents Golf Club America™ is the highly targeted media blitz, which is administered by RGCA in the Sponsor's market area. This begins with a press-release immediately following the Property Management Company contracting to become a RGCA Sponsor for their market area.
Each press-release fully exploits the advantages of being a RGCA Sponsor and is directly aimed at attracting the interest of two groups:
- Prospective Apartment Renters
- Prospective Owners of Apartment Properties
Of significant benefit to a RGCA Sponsor is their placement on the RGCA website, which provides local and national exposure.
Structure
The program is based on a rental-incentive that provides prospective renters a membership in Residents Golf Club America™.Residents who become a member of Residents Golf Club America™ receive from RGCA a fixed number of golf tokens that provide the residents totally free golf, including golf cart, each time a token is presented to a RGCA Participating Golf Course.
A property may offer memberships in Residents Golf Club America™ as its only rental-incentive or may provide renters a choice by also offering RGCA with other rental incentives.
Unlike most rental incentives, such as free rent or prizes, which have an immediate negative cash impact on the property, the RGCA golf membership is paid in small dollar amounts by the property only as it is used by the resident during the life of their lease.
As such, the program may be offered exclusively to promote new leases (or) in conjunction with other incentives (or) as an incentive for lease renewal (or) as an incentive for referrals (ie: RGCA golf members like to refer other golfing friends).
Sponsor participation in Residents Golf Club America™ will be highly promoted in traditional apartment rental publications, web-sites and through specific media that target golfers. Participating Golf Courses will promote Sponsors at their facility and in their publications.
Marketing materials are available through RGCA that further promote this great rental-incentive.
