RGCA Program Structure for Realtors
Residents Golf Club America™ (RGCA), is a sales-incentive program that benefits all levels of Residential Housing, beginning with the Real Estate Broker to their Home Seller and the ever-essential Home Buyer.Contained within this four level structure and at the very base level, is the participating Golf Course, which provides the foundation for this effective Home Buyer sales-incentive.
The following succinctly defines the role and benefits for each of these four (4) levels that comprise Residents Golf Club America™.
- Level-1 Real Estate Broker
As a RGCA Sponsor, Real Estate Brokers may authorize Home Sellers to offer a membership in Residents Golf Club America™ (RGCA), to provide a sales-incentive for Home Buyers.
Benefit: Obtain and control real estate listings. - Level-2 Home Sellers
Home Sellers, when authorized by the RGCA Sponsor, may offer Home Buyers a membership in Residents Golf Club America™ as a sales-incentive.
Benefit: Increased advantage over other Home Sellers.
- Level-3 Home Buyers
As a Member of Residents Golf Club America™, the Home Buyer and their guests enjoys totally free golf at the top public golf courses in the area.
Benefit: Provides incentive to buy a home from an RGCA Sponsor.
- Level-4 Participating Golf Course
The top public golf courses in each major Market Area are contracted by RGCA to allow Members of Residents Golf Club America™ to play their golf course absolutely free, including golf cart.
Benefit: Increased play at the golf course.
